As an engineering leader who still writes code, I care as much about how teams work as what they build. My focus extends beyond delivering innovative products. I’m deeply invested in shaping strong engineering cultures where talented individuals align around a shared vision and execute as a cohesive unit.

From leading the development of the machine learning–based productivity tool DASH at Dropbox, to driving major initiatives at Uber and Google, and now leading and scaling teams at Otter.ai, my journey has centered on turning ambiguity into momentum. I’m drawn to zero-to-one work and defining product direction, building foundational systems, and iterating quickly based on real user feedback.

While I continue to engage deeply in technical architecture and execution, my greatest leverage comes from building environments where engineers grow, take ownership, and raise the bar for one another. I believe exceptional products are the outcome of exceptional teams—and designing those teams, cultures, and systems is the work I’m most passionate about.
