Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a mother of three wonderful kids, and the lucky partner of my husband, Behrooz. Our home is filled with love, energy, and a bit of beautiful chaos — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Family means everything to me. I cherish the small, everyday moments: morning routines with our kids, family dinners, soccer games, and late-night conversations. These are the moments that ground me, and they deeply inform how I show up in my work as a therapist. I’ve always believed that connection is the heart of everything — and that belief carries through both my personal and professional life.
I’m passionate about helping others feel understood, supported, and empowered. Whether I’m navigating motherhood or walking alongside a client on their path to healing, I try to bring compassion, presence, and curiosity into every interaction.
